What You’ll Do:
The Journeyman Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems and providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of plumbing systems and company-sponsored programs.
Your duties include:
- Completing all plumbing in-home service calls.
- Establishing rapport with customers and recommending the right products and services.
- Troubleshooting plumbing system malfunctions with precision.
- Educating customers on finance options and membership plans.
- Exceeding revenue goals and winning new referrals.
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participating actively in training exercises and weekly meetings.
- Ensuring accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, and reviews.
What You’ll Need:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- An Oregon Journeyman Plumber's license
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Residential service or installation experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technology literacy, including basic knowledge of operating cell phones and tablets
